We are seeking a Senior TechOps Engineer to lead and scale corporate technology operations within a fast-growing, engineering-driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to design and manage a modern tech stack, streamline internal tooling, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple teams. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and People Operations to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient technology services while driving strategic initiatives. The role combines hands-on technical contributions with project leadership, allowing for influence over security, compliance, and developer experience. It is ideal for self-starters who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. Remote work is possible for candidates in eligible states.
· Set strategy and roadmap for corporate technology systems and internal services.
· Manage core SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, GitHub, and others.
· Lead and contribute to projects that improve developer experience, corporate security, and internal operations.
· Optimize internal tooling and infrastructure to minimize friction and improve efficiency.
· Oversee vendor and consultant relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
· Contribute to security and compliance programs across the company.
· Provide technology support to all team members and act as a point of escalation for technical issues.
· 5+ years of experience in senior IT operations or TechOps roles, including team supervision and strategy development.
· Strong technical project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
· Broad background in endpoint, network, and SaaS administration, including macOS, Google Workspace, and cloud services such as AWS.
· Experience improving technical services through automation, scripting, and low-code tools.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
· Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and People Operations teams.
· Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and managing multiple priorities.
· Competitive salary range: $150,000–$200,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
