As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be the technical hero for customers facing complex challenges, providing hands-on guidance and clear communication throughout the support lifecycle. You will troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues involving modern cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitHub, collaborating closely with engineering teams to prevent recurring problems. You will also help shape best practices for support processes and contribute to a knowledge base that empowers both colleagues and customers. • Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues with modern cloud-native technologies.
• Escalate and coordinate with engineering teams when needed to address critical issues.
• Maintain excellent customer communication, keeping clients informed and exceeding SLA expectations.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document new issues, solutions, and updates to internal knowledge bases.
• Proactively manage and prioritize your support queue to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide feedback on bugs, feature requests, and product improvements to engineering and product teams.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Share expertise, mentor team members, and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers with a calm and confident approach.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, and other DevOps tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability scanning, or security frameworks is a bonus.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or KCSA are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience in technical support or engineering.
