Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Remoe - US)

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, enhance user experience, and maintain a seamless product delivery cycle. Accountabilities:

• Perform manual QA testing on mobile apps and websites, ensuring functionality, visual integrity, accurate copy, and strong usability across devices and browsers.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA, partnering closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Test mobile applications on a variety of devices and iOS/Android versions to maintain cross-platform consistency.
• Validate eCommerce experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile, optimizing across all major browsers and viewports.
• Stay agile and adaptable to creative and technical changes while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

• 6+ years of manual QA testing experience in web and mobile applications within an eCommerce setting.
• Proficiency in JIRA and familiarity with other QA and development tools.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and collaborative product development workflows.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams alongside developers, designers, and product managers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Preferred: experience with Magento testing and related operations.

• Salary range: $110,000 – $125,000 USD (base only; excludes bonuses and perks)
