Senior Market Risk Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will oversee the Fixed Income trading business and conduct extensive research and analysis to monitor market developments. Your expertise will guide strategies that address risks associated with capital management, valuation, and counterparty credit. Collaboration with traders and senior risk management will be crucial as you enhance trading oversight through your in-depth market insights and analytical support. This position requires effective communication and partnership with stakeholders to ensure robust risk management practices.

• Perform oversight of the Fixed Income trading business.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on market developments.
• Support the line of business with subject matter expertise in market risk.
• Implement Market Risk policies and procedures.
• Identify and quantify emerging market risks.
• Provide in-depth analytical and quantitative decision support.
• Assess and validate model performance.
• Maintain effective partnerships with LOB management and traders.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in trading, banking, or risk management.
• Advanced knowledge of Fixed Income securities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience working independently and in teams.

• Base salary range of $112,000.00 - $210,000.00 annually.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation including production and commission.
