As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, securing, and scaling the infrastructure powering high-impact web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product teams to ensure systems are reliable, resilient, and secure, while also optimizing developer workflows and tools. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in infrastructure security or platform engineering, depending on your expertise, with both paths driving significant impact on system performance and team productivity. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

·         Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure in AWS.

·         Collaborate with product engineers to deploy new features and improve system performance.

·         Design, configure, and manage infrastructure security, including compliance, monitoring, and incident response.

·         Enhance developer experience by documenting patterns, practices, and processes, and streamlining deployment workflows.

·         Work with services such as AWS ECS/EKS, Config, Inspector, Shield, and Terraform to optimize infrastructure.

·         Monitor and improve system performance using observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

·         Proactively analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

We are looking for professionals with:

·         Strong expertise in AWS services, including networking, RDS, and cloud storage.

·         Hands-on experience with containerized applications, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.

·         Scripting ability in bash, Ruby, and/or Python.

·         Strong problem-solving and documentation skills for complex technical tasks.

·         Experience in either infrastructure security (e.g., AWS Config, Inspector, Shield) or platform engineering (e.g., ECS/EKS Fargate).

·         A growth mindset, responsibility, and collaborative spirit.

·         Permanent residency in the U.S. (required for this role).

·         Bonus skills: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, security design, or experience with observability tools.
