Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET/C#) (Remote - US)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET and C#. In this role, you will work across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on backend development, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will collaborate closely with product teams and other engineers, participate in architecture decisions, and implement best practices in test-driven development and CI/CD. The ideal candidate thrives in an Agile environment, mentors junior engineers, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive web interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Apply test-driven development practices and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality and agility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements and ensure customer needs are met.

• 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET and C# backend development for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in front-end technologies, primarily React.js; familiarity with Vue.js and Angular is a plus.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL optimization, and exposure to Oracle or other enterprise data repositories.
• Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development teams.

• Competitive base salary: $85,600 – $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
