In this role, you will lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide data architecture, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions across transactional and analytical systems. You will establish consistent data standards, reference architectures, and best practices for cloud, data warehouse, and AI/ML platforms. Collaborating with agile teams, you will drive data modeling, integration, migration, and optimization initiatives while resolving complex technical challenges. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making, enhance data quality, and support analytics and operational systems. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, reference models, and best practices across OLTP, OLAP, MDM, and AI/ML platforms.
• Design solutions for data migration, ETL processes, database optimization, and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with agile teams to ensure adherence to documented architecture practices in platform development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in data systems, including cloud-based and on-premises environments.
• Lead the creation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Provide guidance on data quality, lineage, governance, and integration solutions across enterprise applications.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support scalable, high-availability data solutions.

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 7–10 years in data architecture roles.
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise data management, modeling, and strategy.
• 5–7 years of experience with cloud database technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.
• Expertise in designing ER, logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
• Proficiency in ETL, batch and streaming data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Data Lake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, lineage, and cataloging frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native ecosystems, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik), and enterprise-scale system design.
• Preferred: certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Databricks.
