- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical/control system design.
- Minimum 5 years in Consumer Products with experience in FDA or USDA regulated environments.
- Experience in both tactical and strategic project leadership.
- Demonstrated success in the commercialization of new automation technologies.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining external partnerships.
