Accountabilities:

• Deliver 1:1, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth, aiming for approximately 26 sessions per week.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR accurately and on time.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other clinicians.
• Offer clients and families practical tools, resources, and consistent support.
• Preferred availability includes weekday afternoons/evenings (3–9 PM) and one weekend day per week.

• Active Maryland license as LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT.
• Strong interest and experience in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a virtual care setting.
• High levels of empathy, communication skills, and clinical judgment.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.
