Product Engineer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Build, maintain, and ship high-quality software across the stack, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Identify critical problems, design elegant solutions, and take ownership from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features quickly.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase development efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Simplify and optimize systems while maintaining speed and quality of delivery.
• Mentor and support team members to strengthen a high-performance engineering culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Django, Go, React, or TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal).
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading projects and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
