As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive complex software projects from conception to delivery, providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize scalable, high-quality software solutions across diverse technologies. Your expertise will guide architecture decisions, ensure best practices in code quality and security, and influence product outcomes. Accountabilities:

• Lead software development projects, providing technical guidance and making architecture and design decisions.
• Build high-quality, maintainable software collaboratively and incrementally, tailored to project needs.
• Integrate AI/ML-powered features, leveraging modern development tools for scaffolding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability across systems.
• Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support a collaborative work environment.
• Manage project roadmaps, backlogs, and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to address blockers and deliver outcomes.
• Participate in client interactions to balance technical, product, and user requirements, communicating effectively and empathetically.

• 7+ years of software development experience, with a proven record of leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, React, and experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities such as recommendation engines, NLP models, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and refactor code for continuous improvement.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable in remote, distributed environments and adept at working across time zones.
• Bonus: experience with DevSecOps, MLOps, Infrastructure as Code, or data engineering.
