We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer w/Ruby on Rails to work on end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role involves modernizing multiple applications for a federal government client, contributing across the full technology stack, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will work with technologies such as React, Ruby, JavaScript, Java, Python, Typescript, and AWS to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about building impactful software.

Accountabilities:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for delivering robust, end-to-end solutions and supporting the development lifecycle from concept to production. Key responsibilities include:

·         Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications.

·         Build and maintain full stack features, including both front-end and back-end components.

·         Develop new features using acceptance test-driven development and pair programming methodologies.

·         Ensure quality through automated unit, integration, functional, and UI tests.

·         Collaborate with small, cross-functional feature teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.

·         Develop and maintain API specifications and microservices using AWS cloud and open-source technologies.

·         Participate in product strategy, design, and development activities using lean and agile methodologies.

·         2-4 years of relevant professional experience in full stack development.

·         Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Ruby, Java, Python).

·         Experience with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

·         Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

·         Experience with Git-based repositories like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

·         Agile development experience and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

·         Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

·         Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

·         Preferred: experience with Java Spring Boot, Python Django, AWS cloud services, Cloud Foundry, and React.

·         Salary range of $103,000 - $150,000, based on experience and skills.
