Accountabilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain containerized microservices architecture and distributed backend systems.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps scripts, and automation processes for resilient deployments.
• Configure and manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm, ensuring scalable infrastructure for new feature requirements.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, architecture, and development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Support big data pipelines, including triage, deployment, and maintenance, using Elasticsearch, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Participate in Agile release planning, bug triage, design sessions, and cross-functional coordination meetings.
• Foster a DevOps culture, promote best practices, and contribute to technical documentation and system diagrams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, system engineering, or related fields (6+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with the ability to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Proficiency in Linux, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and container orchestration.
• Development experience in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment best practices.
• Experience working on enterprise or production-scale systems.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, coordinating planning, task execution, and technical strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools for project management and collaboration.

• Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $225,000, commensurate with experience.
