This role offers the opportunity to own and shape the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational foundations that power mission-critical applications. You will focus on building secure, reliable, and scalable systems that enable engineering and ML teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. This hands-on position emphasizes automation, monitoring, incident response, and developer enablement within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate across technical teams to reduce friction in deployment workflows while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. The role offers significant ownership, with the chance to influence the architecture and processes that support production systems at scale.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation to streamline development and release processes.
• Monitor systems to ensure reliability, availability, and performance, and respond to incidents effectively.
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to improve development workflows, tooling, and operational practices.
• Establish and document best practices for infrastructure, security, and operational readiness.
• Support production systems, participate in on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards while proactively managing risk.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience running production systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools, deployment automation, and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, observability, and reliability concepts.
• Proven ability to enable engineering teams through tooling, standards, and operational guidance.
• Experience working alongside ML or data teams without directly owning model development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes or container orchestration experience, Python or TypeScript familiarity, and startup experience.

• Competitive base salary range of $185,000 – $210,000 USD, based on experience and location.
