Content Migration Support Specialist (Remote - US)

The Content Migration Support Specialist will be an essential contributor to the successful transition of digital content into a WordPress CMS environment. This role focuses on maintaining content accuracy, consistency, and usability throughout the migration process. You will work closely with project leads to conduct content audits, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure proper formatting and organization of content. This position requires a keen eye for detail, familiarity with accessibility best practices, and a strong understanding of information architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve processes, and ensure timely and precise delivery of migrated content. This role offers an opportunity to impact the efficiency and quality of enterprise-level content management projects.

Accountabilities

• Conduct comprehensive content audits to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and readiness for migration.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure migrated content meets defined standards.
• Migrate, format, and organize content within WordPress CMS according to project specifications.
• Support and maintain information architecture for optimal usability and navigability.
• Collaborate with the Content Migration Lead and project team to identify process improvements and resolve migration issues.
• Document workflows, maintain consistent standards, and ensure compliance with accessibility principles.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve content-related challenges.

• Demonstrated experience working with WordPress CMS.
• Strong background in content auditing, quality assurance, and structured content migration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG).
• Familiarity with information architecture and digital content organization.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Contract-to-hire position with competitive salary ($65,000 - $90,000)
