BI Architect (Remote - US)

This role provides a strategic opportunity to lead business intelligence initiatives, shaping how data drives decisions across the organization. The BI Architect will design, implement, and optimize BI solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable analytics solutions, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy, performance, and security. This position requires expertise in Qlik Sense, NPrinting, and cloud-based data platforms, along with a strong focus on best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, detail-oriented, and motivated to enable data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI architectures using Qlik Sense and NPrinting to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and automated reports that meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Optimize data structures, load scripts, and queries to enhance efficiency and responsiveness of BI applications.
• Establish and enforce best practices for dashboard design, data modeling, security, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor BI platform stability, conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, and maintain access controls for data integrity and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to analysts and end-users on advanced use of Qlik Sense and NPrinting tools.
• Support release activities, including task scheduling and monitoring database schema changes.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and NPrinting in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard/report design within Qlik Sense.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to integrate disparate data sources and flat files into BI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: Qlik Sense and NPrinting certifications; experience with healthcare/pharmacy data and PBM-specific knowledge.

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $137,500.
