Customer Experience Specialist (English & Portuguese Speaker - fully remote)
Too Good To Go is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide outstanding support and inspire action against food waste. This role will enhance customer relations while working in a dynamic and sustainable environment.
Skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Experience with CRMS like Salesforce or Hubspot
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and customers
- Manage inquiries through email, chat, and phone
- Build and implement processes for customer engagement
- Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency
