Robinhood Markets is on a mission to democratize finance and seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to provide legal counsel on cryptocurrency products, collaborating with teams to align legal practices with business goals.

5+ years of legal experience
Knowledge of securities and cryptocurrency regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end legal counsel on retail cryptocurrency products
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product launches
Identify and mitigate business and legal risks
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Advise on legal and regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrency

Education

J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
Membership in a U.S. State Bar
