Customer Success Partner

PriceSpider is a company that enhances the buyer’s journey by helping brands create more human shopping experiences. They seek a senior Customer Success Partner to manage strategic accounts including Fortune 100 companies, focusing on revenue growth and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies.
  • Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), conduct business reviews, manage renewals, and drive upsells.
  • Represent PriceSpider’s vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, keynotes, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content strategies, and social media initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer sentiment.
  • Attend and facilitate engagement at industry conferences and events.
  • Provide strategic guidance for Go-to-market enablement in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
