PriceSpider is a company that enhances the buyer’s journey by helping brands create more human shopping experiences. They seek a senior Customer Success Partner to manage strategic accounts including Fortune 100 companies, focusing on revenue growth and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies.
Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), conduct business reviews, manage renewals, and drive upsells.
Represent PriceSpider’s vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media.
Develop and deliver presentations, keynotes, and thought leadership content.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content strategies, and social media initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer sentiment.
Attend and facilitate engagement at industry conferences and events.
Provide strategic guidance for Go-to-market enablement in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
