German Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering questions related to logistics services.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay informed on logistics processes and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Actively seek feedback to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
