Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in customer support, particularly in the music or entertainment industry.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
