Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, and product features.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues related to music streaming.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to improve user experience.
  • Stay up to date with music platform offerings and industry trends to provide informed and relevant support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A genuine passion for music and understanding of the streaming landscape.
