Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and support to ensure clients effectively use payment solutions.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the online payment industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in online payment solutions, e-commerce, or consulting in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
• Familiarity with various online payment platforms and security best practices.
