Responsibilities

Offer high-end customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding luxury products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and purchase processes.
Handle customer complaints and issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly to help enhance service processes.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and optimize service delivery.
Stay updated on the latest luxury product offerings and brand initiatives to inform customers accurately.
Promote an exceptional customer experience, embodying the values of the luxury brand.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, particularly in luxury retail or high-end brand environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of luxury brands and a passion for high-end retail.
