The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in accelerating our growth trajectory from Seed to Series A and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, this position will lead key GTM initiatives, focusing on online advertising, user engagement campaigns, SEO and content creator programs (AdWords, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, influencers, etc.).

Position NinjaTech AI as a distinctive leader in the General AI Agent space, breaking through the crowded AI market to achieve strong brand recognition.
Launch and scale social media presence through strategic programs, including influencer partnerships and user rewards initiatives.
Drive user engagement and retention through targeted campaigns, focusing on increasing monthly active usage.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this Growth Specialist position is someone who has high agency (and high energy!) and thrives in a high-velocity collaborative environment. We are looking for someone to own the assigned GTM initiatives end to end, manage all relevant stakeholders while experimenting with different approaches and adjusting strategy.

This a contract to hire role (the contracting period can be setup as "pilot" project to establish mutual fit). It's possible to work part-time if you have other GTM clients, but we are prepared to offer a full-time role. The options will be discussed in the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and PLG: Develop and execute cross-channel experiments to drive lead generation, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
Social Media: Build and manage social media communities, and run targeted experiments to boost engagement.
Engagement campaigns: Segment the user base, develop engagement campaigns, and execute test-and-learn strategies.
Website Management: Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring it reflects our brand and provides fresh, relevant content.
Community Engagement: Support the development and implementation of community engagement strategies, including content creation, webinar planning, and social media outreach, to foster a loyal and active user base.
Analytics: Monitor and report critical metrics.
Competitor Analysis: Stay current with competitor and Agentic AI trends.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a hands-on growth marketing role within a startup, preferably in the B2B SaaS or AI space.
Strong understanding of PLG strategies and experience driving lead generation through various channels.
Expertise in email campaigns, analytics, and customer content development.
Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders such as affiliates.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive GTM strategies.
Exceptional communication skills: oral and in written form.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
