Sourcing Lead

Manufactured Networks Inc. is a fast-growing inventory and PO-financing platform operating globally across multiple industries. They seek a self-motivated Sourcing Lead to drive efficient sourcing processes, lead a global team, and expand their vendor network using data-driven and AI-enhanced strategies.

Skills

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience with global vendor networks and multi-country sourcing.
Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS classification, and US import regulations.
Proficiency in leveraging technology including AI tools for process scaling.
Fluent English with additional valued languages (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Hindi, Spanish).

Responsibilities

Rapidly convert sourcing requests into quotes and purchase orders while tracking each step and automating bottlenecks.
Expand supplier network across white label, wholesale, and private label categories.
Manage private label customer interactions and navigate complex sourcing discussions.
Lead and provide direction for a global sourcing team, including managing difficult conversations.
Negotiate price, quality, and delivery time to optimal outcomes without compromise.
Continuously iterate and improve sourcing processes, leveraging AI and technology.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree considered a plus.
