Junior office IT specialist

We are looking for an Junior office IT specialist to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Tracking the condition and quantity of equipment
• Maintain and upgrade existing software and hardware systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency
• Respond to user inquiries and support requests, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide training and support to end-users on software and hardware usage
• Preparation and participation in user training sessions
• Off boarding/onboarding user accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration or related field
• Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows  operating systems
• Base knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
• Skills of troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English written/spokenWill be a plus:

• Experience in working and communicating with suppliers and vendors, telecommunications service providers.
