Client Relations Representative - Financial Services

Join a well-established wealth management firm specializing in family office services for multi-generational clients. This growing firm has reached capacity and is seeking a Client Relations professional to support their expanding client base. You'll be joining a tight-knit team of 7 professionals in a collaborative environment that values integrity, transparency, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage day-to-day client interactions
  • Handle frequent client drop-ins with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information
  • Support client appreciation events and relationship-building activities

Operations & Transaction Support

  • Process new account openings, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and trade orders
  • Monitor account activity and proactively identify potential issues
  • Prepare account reviews and client reporting materials
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency

Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
  • Complete required compliance training and certifications
  • Support general office operations and team collaboration

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Interest in financial services (prior industry experience not necessary)

Licensing & Location

  • Must be willing to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66) and insurance licenses within 3 months (company-sponsored)
  • Must be able to work full-time in the Omaha, Nebraska office (40 hours/week, 8am-5pm)
  • This position is 100% on-site with no remote work options

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 annual base salary
