IONOS is looking for a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team focused on operational management of a cloud platform while ensuring exceptional customer support and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-disciplined team of Operations engineers and technicians.
Oversee the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of complex customer issues.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor key platform metrics and manage technical incidents.
Ensure effective communication regarding issue resolution with customers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
