THIS OPPORTUNITY:
As a project manager, you will help the client become aware of, understand and access energy and cost-saving home improvement rebates. Key duties include providing technical assistance by developing and maintaining an energy efficiency and electrification measure catalog, acting as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders, advancing program processes and workflows within the program’s software solution, evaluating measure data from the State’s electronic Technical Resource Manual (eTRM) and identifying additional measures for program inclusion, and managing QAQC processes. Well qualified candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for working both independently and with minimal direction as well as part of a team. Candidates will be expected to receive guidance on a project and desired outcomes, ask questions as needed, propose solutions within given timeframes, and directly interface with the client and their staff. Ideal candidates will have experience serving utility clients and assisting in the delivery of their weatherization, energy efficiency programs, and energy usage reduction programs.
