Responsibilities: Evaluate wireframes, develop UI systems, create style guides, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design user-focused products for literacy education.
Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe CC, Figma, Mural), strong experience in UI/UX design, animation, and user-centered design principles.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing interactive media, strong communication skills, and an understanding of mobile and web interaction; passion for education is a plus.

Are you a designer who loves thinking through complex challenges and finding creative solutions? Curriculum Associates is looking for an inspired and passionate Senior UI Designer to design accessible and engaging experiences for our groundbreaking i-Ready Reading products.
Working closely with the Senior Design Director and Art Director, a Senior UI Designer at Curriculum Associates is a strong analytical and conceptual thinker responsible for the UI and visual design for our i-Ready Middle School Literacy products. The right person will relish working closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to create Middle School Literacy lessons for K–8 students.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $50.00 - $75.00/hour. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits – Temporary and per-diem employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week within the Company’s look-back period are eligible to enroll in medical coverage after 90 days of employment. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
