Sales Engineering Manager, East (Enterprise)

Cribl is a growing remote-first company seeking a collaborative and motivated Sales Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise Solutions Engineering team in the Eastern region. This role involves mentoring team members, driving sales targets, and effectively communicating with key executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team and reinforce sales methodologies
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and performance assessments to team members
  • Deliver customer presentations and conduct product demonstrations
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and formulate solutions to problem areas

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
