Strategic Sales Lead (PH based)

Role Objective:

The Strategic Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping how Cosy Hauz’s professional services—such as planning service offering, recruitment, and property sales support—are delivered and scaled. The candidate will own the full B2B / B2C sales cycle, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal departments including HR, Planning, and Property Transactions to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, with opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company scales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategic Execution
    • Lead the development and implementation of a structured, sales-centric approach for Cosy Hauz’s planning service, recruitment services, and property sales.
    • Design and deploy scalable sales strategies that align with the services revenue targets for monthly, quarterly, and annually.
    • Provide strategic sales guidance to internal teams that are not traditionally sales-focused, enhancing their ability to present, price, and position services effectively.
    • Serve as the company’s technical lead on sales systems, processes, and best practices

  • Client Relationship & Pipeline Management
    • Drive the sales pipeline across planning services, recruitment services, and property sales—ensuring proper qualification, nurturing, and conversion of leads.
    • Take ownership of CRM implementation and usage, providing structure, clarity, and accountability for sales-related data and forecasting.
    • Offer consultative selling support for client-facing team members, helping them close deals by stepping in strategically without displacing their roles.
    • Foster lasting relationships with high-value clients and prospects to generate recurring business, referrals, and long-term growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with team leads across Planning, HR, and Property Transactions to align sales strategies with real-time operational capacity and client needs.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to shape client-facing materials, campaigns, and brand positioning that support revenue objectives.
    • Provide feedback and direction on sales tools, proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models based on market response and performance insights.
    • Support team members with tailored sales enablement resources while respecting their autonomy and expertise in service delivery.

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
    • Monitor industry trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to shape revenue strategies that are proactive and data-informed.
    • Champion a performance-driven mindset that links effort to measurable profit outcomes, establishing best practices that directly contribute to business growth.

 

  • Professional Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally within architecture, construction, property services, or related professional service sectors
    • Demonstrated track record of selling services (not just products) to mid- to large-sized clients, with measurable revenue growth.
    • Prior experience engaging with real estate developers, architectural firms, construction consultancies, or related property development sectors.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead identification through to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Education & Industry Knowledge
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Strong understanding of the property development, and property sales cycle
    • Familiarity with industry terminology, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics in England (or equivalent).

  • Technical & Process Proficiency
    • Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms—comfortable maintaining accurate pipelines and forecasts.
    • Competence in preparing pitch decks, proposals, tender responses, and quotations
    • Ability to interpret basic financials and create sales revenue reports

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—able to engage effectively at all levels of seniority.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Confident in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and quotation, and in representing the company in discovery calls, external meetings or events.
  • Skilled at building long-term relationships, fostering client trust, and increasing revenue through repeat business or referrals.
