Role Objective:
The Strategic Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping how Cosy Hauz’s professional services—such as planning service offering, recruitment, and property sales support—are delivered and scaled. The candidate will own the full B2B / B2C sales cycle, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal departments including HR, Planning, and Property Transactions to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, with opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company scales.
