About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Client Success, you’ll lead the charge in building and executing a client success strategy for our most valuable Strategic Merchants, seamlessly integrating Cashback and Retail Media to drive commercial impact for both our partners and Cashrewards. 

 

You’ll lead a high-performing team across multiple verticals, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and accountability. Strong client relationship management, paired with a deep understanding of client needs, market trends and performance metrics, will be key to driving retention, unlocking new opportunities and consistently delivering value through tailored, data-led solutions. 

 

Working closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, legal and operations, you’ll ensure alignment on strategy and flawless execution. You'll also bring a sharp lens to process optimisation, evolving ways of working to deliver competitive and high-impact results. 

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a passion for elevating the client experience. You’ll play a key role in broader business initiatives, helping shape the future of Client Success at Cashrewards. 


Your Focus
  • You will co-design and lead the execution of a comprehensive client success strategy for our most valuable Strategic Clients that integrates our Cashback and Retail Media products, delivering on the priorities and commercial goals of Cashrewards and our merchants. 

  • Lead a team responsible for the growth and development of our Strategic Clients across multiple verticals. You will lead, coach and develop a high performing team culture, creating and implementing a coaching and development plan to maximise team engagement, potential and achieving exceptional outcomes.  

  • Drive client retention and growth by proactively addressing client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions. Ensure consistent delivery of value through our affiliate and retail media services while advocating for client goals.   

  • Ensure Cashrewards remains front of mind for our Strategic Clients by delivering comprehensive solutions and leveraging all Cashrewards offerings including Cashback, Retail Media, and other strategic partnerships. Deliver exceptional service in planning and performance reporting, including regular reviews on revenue, ROAS, ROI, and strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise product enhancements, educational materials, and case studies that support client success. Present actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders, informing strategic decision-making and driving results.   

  • Be accountable for your teams objectives and key results initiatives, ensuring that strategy is in place and aligned with broader business goals and that the team is delivering against the initiatives and targets.  

  • Participate in broader strategic initiatives and projects alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and the Head of Client Success 


About You
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, sales and marketing experience and skills, with advanced skills in delivering business objectives effectively. An understanding of loyalty, retail, e-commerce and technology space, with demonstrated history of working within at least one of these.  
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, retail media and digital performance channels with a pulse on market trends.  
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a coaching mindset and focus on performance, growth and engagement. 
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to proactively identify client needs, provide solutions and retain key accounts. 
  • Advanced campaign management skills are important, along with the ability to manage external and internal time frames.  
  • Proven experience proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Possess a solution mindset and can solve client problems and navigate any technical issues that may arise.    
  • Use tools including all affiliate networks, Salesforce, Asana Excel & BI effectively.
