Summary:

The Executive Director, Dermatology & Rheumatology Marketing is the Psoriasis (PsO) lead. He/she is responsible for leading the PsO HCP marketing team, PsO and PsA patient marketing team, and the PsO corporate accounts team, as well as a cross-functional matrix team to advance the psoriasis strategy and drive brand performance.  As a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President, Dermatology & Rheumatology Marketing, the Executive Director is expected to partner with the Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) lead and Orencia lead to support success in Immunology.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading development and execution of strategy and commercialization activities
  • Identifying and analyzing customer insights, brand performance, market trends, & competitive response
  • Delivering financial commitments
  • Supporting forecast updates in conjunction with the Business Insights & Analytics team.
  • Leading the Dermatology Corporate Accounts (DCA) field team to drive growth and BMS leadership in large, consolidated accounts at national and regional levels
  • Managing budget
  • Managing agency of record for brand
  • Attracting, retaining and developing team and Immunology talent
  • Collaborating with Sales Team to execute brand strategy
  • Collaborating with Access and Patient Support Team to maximize access pull through
  • Partnering with Medical to support medical education
  • Partnering with WCE team to optimize channel mix and deliver on new commercial model capabilities.
  • Fostering strong collaborative working relationships with external and internal customers.

  

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience
  • Leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Experience in dermatology or rheumatology preferred
  • Proven record of success in leading strategically, driving performance, communicating with impact, and creating a strong, inclusive, energizing, and diverse culture.
  • Experience in mobilizing matrix team members and embracing teamwork within a cross functional environment is critical.
  • Demonstrated willingness to push and evolve the organization with creative thinking and capability building.
