The Big Task:

This position greets incoming callers and processes appointments for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately to external and other internal customers utilizing scripts and other internal sources to secure appointments for our technician’s.


Key Sub Tasks:

Exhibits consistently professional and congenial customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians:

  • Receive inbound customer calls and identify customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand questions and concerns.
  • Share details regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, resolve complaints, and help find solutions.
  • Scheduling appointments, and verifying all details.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Identify complex customer issues and escalating to appropriate individuals as necessary.
  • Understand scheduling and make outbound calls based on business needs.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Able to use and understand different computer systems.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus!
