National PDS for IPS Specialty Practice

Launched in February 2025, our rapidly growing National PDS for IPS Specialty Practice delivers high-value services specifically tailored to Portfolio Client Accounts. We partner with JLL's IPS Specialty Brokerage Services Teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the Americas.

Position Overview

We seek an accomplished leader to serve as VP - Regional IPS Accounts Services SME, overseeing a portfolio of accounts valued at $8-15 million with significant growth potential. You will drive business development, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional client service delivery across an assigned region in the Americas. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, financial acumen, and relationship-building expertise to expand our regional IPS client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing Regional IPS Accounts, achieve portfolio targets, and enhance profitability

  • Foster a proactive sales culture that identifies cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals

  • Identify market trends and client needs to strengthen JLL's competitive positioning

  • Monitor financial performance metrics, drive accountability, and identify improvement opportunities

  • Present quarterly business reviews and performance insights to senior leadership

Team Development & Management

  • Build and lead high-performing teams of IPS Account Leads, program and project managers

  • Create an inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, ethical practice, and service excellence

  • Provide coaching and mentorship enabling professional growth and development

  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs to enhance capabilities

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, valuing diverse perspectives

  • Recruit top talent and develop existing team members to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities

Client Relationship Excellence

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Regional IPS clients ensuring exceptional satisfaction

  • Collaborate with account leads to understand client objectives and identify continuous improvement opportunities

  • Provide strategic guidance in resolving complex client challenges

  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement enhancement strategies

  • Represent JLL at strategic client events, industry conferences, and trade shows

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related field

  • 5-10 years' experience managing design and construction projects across broad geographies

  • 3-7 years managing portfolio client accounts with small to large dynamic teams

  • 3-5+ years managing teams of 10+ experienced professionals

  • Experience in building and delivering capital planning

  • Proven track record in sales and business management, preferably in commercial real estate and/or retail multi-site environments

  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive portfolio performance

  • Exceptional leadership abilities with proven success developing high-performing teams

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Strategic problem-solving capabilities for navigating complex client challenges

  • Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving client success

  • Results-oriented mindset committed to achieving ambitious sales targets

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project

  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery

  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration

  • Provides timely, constructive feedback

  • Creates an environment with strong team morale

  • Builds immediate credibility through confidence and presence
