Best work-life balance I’ve ever experienced. Flexible hours, understanding leadership, and colleagues who actually want you to succeed.

Been remote here for over a year and love the flexibility. Sometimes it’s a bit too quiet if you’re someone who likes in-person collaboration, but works for me.

Didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it either. Some days were fine, others felt like pulling teeth. Management says “we value balance” then loads you up with 3 urgent deadlines.

hrs can be brutal during busy season. you might be fine one week, then slammed the next without warning.
