- Fluency in French and English languages.

- Experience with CNC, robotics, OEE, and production scheduling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
Responsibilities
- Engage with AI language models to discuss manufacturing processes in English and French.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical coherence of AI model responses related to manufacturing.
- Document errors and failure modes encountered during model interactions.
- Suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Apply expertise in production systems, lean manufacturing, quality control, process optimization, and industrial automation.
Education
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.
