Responsibilities
- Architect and build core backend services for AI assistants and enterprise workflows
- Design APIs and real-time data integration frameworks supporting secure task automation
- Lead initiatives on search, routing, orchestration, and domain-specific reasoning
- Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to integrate ML capabilities into resilient systems
- Implement secure-by-default abstractions for identity, access, auditability, and error handling
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows with feedback and intelligent fallback mechanisms
- Drive scalable engineering practices including testing, observability, and performance tuning
- Act as technical lead and mentor contributing to architectural decisions
