Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; experience with Marzano Evaluation System and customer engagement preferred.
Location: Hybrid role with in-person collaboration in West Palm Beach, FL, on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation: $60000 - $70000 / Annually

At Instructional Empowerment (IE), we’re looking for a passionate, results-oriented educator to step into a dynamic role that blends educational consulting, strategic relationship building, and sales. As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you’ll help schools activate and expand their use of IE solutions—including Marzano Evaluation Center (MEC) products—while uncovering new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.

✅ Leverage Your Educational Expertise: Use your background as a teacher or school leader to guide schools through successful implementation of instructional tools, professional learning, and evaluation systems.
✅ Be a Strategic Growth Partner: Identify and lead opportunities for expansion, connecting customer needs with IE’s full portfolio of services and solutions.
✅ Own the Customer Relationship: Build and manage long-term partnerships with school and district leaders, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement.
✅ Contribute to Sales & Revenue Goals: Actively support business development by identifying new accounts and growing existing relationships—measured through booked opportunities, expansions, and renewals.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience
✔ 2+ years in a school leadership role (i.e., administrator, instructional coach)
✔ Hands-on experience using the Marzano Evaluation System ( preferred)
✔ Familiarity with customer engagement, business development, or sales (preferred)
✔ Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and consultative skills
✔ Comfort with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot—or a willingness to learn
