Child & Adolescent Therapist (Mountain Time Zone)

InStride Health is a mission-driven telehealth provider focused on delivering evidence-based pediatric anxiety and OCD care at scale. We are hiring a fully remote, licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to deliver family-centered, measurement-based treatment, collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, contribute to program development, and support technology-enhanced clinical delivery for patients in the Mountain Time Zone.

Skills

  • Full independent clinical licensure (LCSW/LPC/PhD/PsyD as specified)
  • Strong experience treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders, including OCD
  • Training and experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT)
  • Familiarity with measurement-based care and outcomes tracking
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and basic computer skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication
  • Culturally responsive practice and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group evidence-based treatment (CBT-based, integrating ACT and PMT as needed) to children, adolescents, young adults, and families
  • Use measurement-based care to guide assessment, treatment planning, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with coaches, psychiatrists, and other care team members to coordinate care
  • Facilitate skills and skills-practice groups for patients and caregivers based on the InStride curriculum
  • Provide feedback on program curricula, training protocols, and clinical use of technology
  • Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation and manage risk appropriately
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training on evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery

Education

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field with full independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC) OR
  • PhD or PsyD in psychology with appropriate independent license
