Skills
- Strong proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, LSF, SVN, Siemens Calibre
- In-depth understanding of analog, RF, and mixed-signal IC design and verification fundamentals
- Experience with transistor theory including doping, gate oxide, sub-threshold operation, gain, linearity, noise, matching, stability
- Expertise in layout-aware IC design and silicon validation techniques
- Familiarity with lab equipment for hardware validation (oscilloscope, VNA)
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize analog and mixed-signal blocks for RFID tag integrated circuits including rectifiers, regulators, oscillators, ADCs, comparators, and analog front-ends
- Perform transistor-level design, simulation, layout supervision, and post-layout verification activities
- Validate analog IP through hands-on lab debugging, characterization, and silicon issue resolution
- Lead design review processes and documentation, supporting tape-out preparation
- Collaborate closely with digital, RF, and verification teams to understand system trade-offs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Master's or PhD in engineering preferred
