Responsibilities: Drive cross-product UI consistency, design reusable components, manage a Figma library, and collaborate with engineering and product teams for effective implementation.
Skills: Proficient in Figma, design systems (e.g., Storybook), HTML/CSS, and accessible design practices, with strong communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5+ years of product design experience with a focus on design systems, and experience in cross-functional teams and EdTech.
Location: This position is based in Lubbock, TX, US.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.
