I was in support. Got yelled at by customers all day and barely any backup from management. The “training” was a couple of outdated PDFs. 😬

My manager was great, but upper leadership is out of touch. Big ideas, zero follow-through.

As a dev, I’ve seen worse codebases. Still, there’s a lot of “we’ll fix it later” mentality that just builds tech debt.

I actually like the flexibility, but the workload can spike out of nowhere.
