What will you do?
Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service
Interact with customers via phone and in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
Managing loaner car software and providing support for the loaner car program
Become a service drive product genius
Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
Assist with moving and relocating vehicles
Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
What are we looking for?
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of service writing experience highly preferred but not required
Experience in automotive dealerships is a strong plus
Current valid driver’s license required
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
Ability to work retail hours of dealership
Compensation: $25/hour

Regular Full-Time

Pay:
