Dental Front Desk - Oral Surgery Upper East Side

Our busy, upscale Oral Surgery practice is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Be part of a big team managing a great patient flow. We are seeing close to 100 patients per day - so if you like a busy and productive atmosphere this is the office for you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Assist the dental team in managing patient flow and ensuring timely appointments
Schedule:
Mon - Friday 9 :30 - 6:30 is the preferred schedule; the office is open from 7:30 - 6:30 so there can be some flexibility in the schedule.
- Previous experience working in an Oral Surgery practice IS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems, we use WinOMS
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience
