Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and deliver tactical internal campaigns, announcements, and leadership updates
- Collaborate with C-suite leaders to craft executive and thought leadership communications
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure all internal messaging meets regulatory requirements
- Produce and edit internal video content and other multimedia communications
- Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and iterate based on feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams to surface content, align messages, and reinforce culture
- Support team development by providing guidance and fostering professional growth
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
