Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus Structure: Up to $400,000 annually in performance-based incentives

Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and acute pain disorders
- Perform a range of interventional procedures under fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound, including:
- • Epidural steroid injections
- • Facet and medial branch blocks
- • Radiofrequency ablation
- • Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants
- Apply anesthesia training to guide sedation protocols and peri-procedural management
- Provide patient education and counseling regarding treatment options
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement, efficiency, and practice development efforts
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completed residency in Anesthesiology (ACGME-accredited)
- Completed (or currently completing) fellowship in Pain Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
- Trained and proficient in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided pain procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team-based setting
- Motivated to participate in long-term practice and ASC growth
