Are you passionate about identity and access management (IAM) and ready to make a meaningful impact? HealthEquity is seeking an IAM Application Onboarding Lead to help mature and scale our access administration practices. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our IAM Program—driving process improvements, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring secure, compliant access across our environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to onboard applications, enhance procedures, and promote a security-first mindset. Your work will help build a strong understanding of IAM’s value and benefits across the organization.
