Hazel Health is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual counseling for K-12 students. This role involves collaborating with schools and families to deliver accessible mental health care, working remotely from eligible states in the U.S.
Responsibilities: Provide virtual, evidence-based mental health counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with the care management team to ensure effective service delivery for K-12 students.
Skills: Required skills include a valid PA mental health license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT), experience in school settings, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in technology for telehealth services.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include telehealth experience, willingness to gain additional state licenses, and bilingual abilities in desirable languages such as Spanish or Mandarin.
Location: This is a remote position that can be done from various states in the U.S. including PA, AL, CA, and others, but applicants must be licensed in their respective states.
Compensation: $44 - $50 / Hourly

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.
Schedule: This is a part-time W2 permanent position with summers off, requiring 12 hours minimum per week.This position offers a set weekly schedule, with consistent hours each week. You can choose your preferred hours between Monday and Friday.
